Answer

  • ARP generates an alert when abnormal volume activity is detected, such as high‑entropy activity, new file extension activity.
  • ARP sends a single alert for a specific abnormal‑activity event.
  • ARP does not send repeated notifications for the same previously detected event when no new abnormal condition is triggered.
  • ARP sends another alert only if the abnormal condition occurs again as a new event.
  • No periodic alerting (for example, every 24 hours) occurs for the same unchanged condition.
