Answer

  • If for any reason connectivity to the cloud is lost, the FabricPool local tier remains online, but applications receive an error message.
  • Cold blocks that exist exclusively on the capacity tier are unavailable until it comes back online.
  • Additionally, cold local tier data fails to be written to the cloud tier.
