Unable to delete objects or free up space due to a full aggregate

Issue
The underlying aggregate for an Object Lock S3 bucket is completely full, preventing deletion of objects to free up space. Attempts to delete objects or backups result in the following error:
Failed to delete backupError: S3 error: No space left on device. Code: NoSpaceAgent failed to process method {Cloud.CreateCheckpoint}
