Issue

Multiple volumes in a cluster reported the following:

  • Volume efficiency status changed to Pending for many volumes
  • Last operation error shows: Operation was stopped
    Example log output in Volume.XML:
    Aggregate: aggr_01
    OperationStatus: Idle
    State: Enabled
    Status: Pending
    LastOperationState: Failure
    LastOperationError: Operation was stopped    ...
  • Two volumes were at 97% capacity, but no volumes were offline.
  • No immediate business impact, but space utilization was a concern.
