SwitchSSHAccess_Alert even after disabling log collection and deleting stale alerts

Issue

  • SwitchSSHAccess_Alert is seen only on Node-02 and appears in the persistent alert table but not in the current health alert table
  • Alert reappeared after a system update despite any changes being made to the system configuration
  • Disabling log collection and deleting stale alerts were not of permanent success as SwitchSSHAccess_Alert eventually returned

Possible effect: Ethernet switch logs are not available, in particular via
AutoSupport messages for troubleshooting.

Workaround: 1) Ensure that the specified credentials are valid to access the switch and that the SSH connection to the switch is possible from the node.
