SwitchSSHAccess_Alert even after disabling log collection and deleting stale alerts

Issue
SwitchSSHAccess_Alert
is seen only on Node-02 and appears in the persistent alert table but not in the current health alert table- Alert reappeared after a system update despite any changes being made to the system configuration
- Disabling log collection and deleting stale alerts were not of permanent success as
SwitchSSHAccess_Alert
eventually returned
