Cisco Nexus 3232C

ONTAP 9 Cluster mode or Metrocluster IP mode

NXOS version 9.3(9), 9.3(10) or 10.2(4)

Issue

Without warning, one or more of the Cisco Nexus 3232C switches operating as either Cluster or Metrocluster interconnect switches may reboot.

Reboot is caused by a "Kernel panic" as seen in the show tech-support logs under "reset reason for module 1"

The "snmpd" process and  libnetsnmp.so.0 library will be using a high amount of memory prior to the panic.
