Can the BES 53248 ISL cables be swapped from 40G to 100G non-disruptively?

Answer

Yes  this can be performed non-disruptively for services running on the NetApp controllers.
Shutdown the ports to one of the switches so that all services run through a single cluster switch and the ISL is not in use. Then the cables can be replaced and the speed should be autonegotiated to 100G
