Issue

  • Lox Rx reported on  the switch port

RX Power:    -9.1    dBm (122.7uW)
TX Power:    -1.3    dBm (736.1 uW)

  • CRC and CRC G_EOF are reported along with pcs error

  • DB instances are getting failed  and failed over to redundant node
  • Below troubleshooting steps can be performed before proceeding to the solution:
    • End to end cable testing, replace the cable if its faulty 
    • Replace the host end SFP
