Issue

  • The BES switch keeps rebooting suddenly, the following errors are seen in the switch event logs

<185> Dec 3 20:30:26 0.0.0.0-1 SIM[Cnfgr_Thread_]: sim_util.c(4233) 25 %% ALRT Switch was reset due to power disruption or unexpected restart.(error[0x0]).

<188> Dec 3 15:31:27 cs1-1 BOXSERV[boxs_Req]: boxs.c(1671) 19305 %% WARN Unit 1 power supply 1 POWER LOSS event (5) occurred.
<187> Dec 3 15:31:39 cs1-1 BOXSERV[boxs_Req]: boxs.c(1584) 19308 %% ERR Unit 1 fan 7 FAILURE event (4) occurred.
