Issue

One licensed network cluster port (49 to 54) at 100GbE is flapping on the switch side.
Example:

Consequent ONTAP events messages reported for the node ports connected to that switch port:

[Node01: vifmgr: vifmgr.clus.linkdown:debug]: The cluster port xxx on node Node01 has gone down unexpectedly.

[Node01: intr: netif.linkUp:info]: Ethernet xxx: Link up.

[Node01: vifmgr: vifmgr.portup:debug]: A link up event was received on node Node01, port xxx.
