Issue

  • Windows host detects 0x8007045D I/O device error by accessing original secondary volume after changing ARVM role

Error 0x8007045D: The request could not be performed because of an I/O.

  • MAJOR-EVENT-LOG on the original secondary volume detects nothing after changing role
  • Rescan disk and offline/online disk from Windows host does not resolve the error
