Answer

Current owner of volume group is set by using the current owner of volumes that the volume group contains as follows:

Current owner of volumes under the volume group Current owner of the volume group
Current owner of all volumes are Controller in bay A Controller in bay A
Current owner of all volumes are Controller in bay B Controller in bay B
Current owner of some volumes are Controller in bay A and current owner of some volumes are Controller in bay B Controller in bay A,B
 
Note: Support > SUPPORT CENTER > Storage Array Profile in System Manager displays current owner of volume group
