SANtricity upgrade may cause a panic when many volumes are using SCSI persistent reservations

Issue
- When upgrading SANtricity on an E-series system with volumes that are using SCSI PR (persistent reservation), Ancient IO on a SCSI PR may result in a panic.
- In the E-Series support logs, the STATE-CAPTURE-DATA file reports the following exception under excLogShow.
- The SCSI operation code 0x5f is for persistant reservation OUT command.
