- Following a Host migration, reports of LUNs going offline from the Host with direct connections to E-Series array.
- Windows event logs report:

Volume needs to be taken offline to perform a Full Disk Check -
A corruption was discovered in the filesystem structure on Volume. The exact nature of the corruption is unknown. The filesystem structure needs to be scanned online
