This article describes the procedure to check/repair volume parity errors using script editor or SMcli on systems running pre-11.80 OS. The commands provided are deprecated starting with 11.80 OS.

NOTE: If (Data/parity mismatch on volume) CRITICAL event gets reported by ASUP, it is required to execute this procedure.
