Issue

After upgrading the SANtricity OS from version 11.90R3 to 11.90R4, the following warning may appear in the event log or may be sent as an email alert:

Event occurred: Tue, 13 Jan 2026 03:35:05 +0000

  • The upgrade is completed successfully, with all pre-upgrade checks passing and no errors reported.
  • The appearance of this warning is unexpected, as existing documentation indicates that this certificate validation issue should only occur when upgrading directly from 11.80GA or 11.80P1, not from 11.90R3.
