  • Recovery Guru reports the following alerts :

Failure Entry 1: NET_NTP_QUERY_FAIL-Recovery Failure Type Code: 466

Failure Entry 2: NET_NTP_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE-Recovery Failure Type Code: 467

  • The Major Event Log reports :

    A:11/21/25, 11:38:45 AM (11:38:45) 13744 2289 The DNS/NTP configuration on this controller is either incorrect or all the NTP servers are unreachable over the network - Shelf 99, Bay A <--CRITICAL
