Issue

SANtricity Recovery Guru reports:
Host Redundancy Lost ALB_HOST_REDUNDANCY_LOST Recovery Failure Type Code: 475 Affected controller: Controller in bay A or B
The Major Event Log can also report:
Loss of host-side connection redundancy detected
Affected host can access volumes through one controller, but no active path is available through the other controller.
Issue can be present from initial installation even when:
  • Physical host connections are intact
  • No SFP, cable, switch, or host bus adapter fault is found
  • Other hosts connected to array remain redundant
