E-Series not sending AutoSupport due to webserver database corruption

Issue
- E-Series system stopped sending ASUP even if ASUP configuration is correct and Netapp ASUP site is reachable
- Error occurs when attempting to collect support data via SANtricity:
Unable to collect support data due to reservation request failure. Please wait a few minutes before retrying the operation. (WebServer422)
- Webserver traces on one or both controllers show database verification warnings:
