E-Series AutoSupport is not delivered using SMTP only on one controller

Issue
ASUP is not getting delivered via SMTP delivery method for one controller only , SMTP confiuration is the same tests are successfull .
Webserver logs reports the below message every time a critical event was logged :
INFO [SMMonitorPriorityTask-4] s.p.AlertManagerService [AlertManagerService.java:641] [requestId=0, deviceId=N/A] SMTP alerting is disabled or server not configured, ignoring 1 alerts
