Issue

After a series of power outages, when booting up, console logs report:

08/17/24-10:18:01 (tRAID): NOTE:  Cache: Cache memory valid, skipping RCB restore of this controller
08/17/24-10:18:01 (tRAID): NOTE:  Cache: Cache memory valid, skipping RCB restore of alt controller
08/17/24-10:18:01 (tRAID): NOTE:  Cache: Dirty cache blocks to be restored: 0
08/17/24-10:18:07 (tRAID): NOTE:  doRecovery: firstRcb:x00000001edb05000, rcbCount:798688, myMemory:1
08/17/24-10:18:07 (tRAID): NOTE:  doRecovery: myMemory:1, IORCB:0, NEW:0, OLD:0
