Issue
- On rare occasions, Windows disk configured on E-Series volume suddenly gets disconnected
- Windows system event indicates the following events:
- Event ID 15 :
The device, <PATH>, is not ready for access yet. - Event ID 157 :
Disk X has been surprise removed
- Event ID 15 :
- MPIO trace gathered by Windows host indicates
