Unable to access SANtricity Array Management (SAM) GUI due to certificate issue

Issue

  • After changing the certificate, SANtricity reports one or more errors such as:
    • HTTP 404
    • ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
    • ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
  • When accessing SANtricity via SSH and verifying /msw_data/logs/trace.log.0, it reports:
