Issue

When attempting to upload a CA-signed certificate to an E-Series storage array via SANtricity System Manager, the following error is displayed:

Unable to find valid certification path for certificate (WebServer422)


Additional errors observed in logs:

  • RSAModulusMismatch
  • PrivateKeyClassCastException
  • CertificatePathValidation
  • “java.security.KeyStoreException: RSA keys do not have the same modulus”
  • “sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target”
