  • StorageGRID reports AutoSupport message failed to send on secondary admin node after an outage and does not clear on its own.
  • Nms.log shows:

Jun 18 09:38:39 StorageNode01-01 NMS: |2024-06-18T09:38:39.053| ERROR   Connection to autosupport destination https://support.netapp.com:443 failed with error Failed to open TCP connection to proxy.proxyserver.com:443 (getaddrinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution)
