Issue

  • When registering the E/EF series array controllers to Santricity Storage Manager, System Manager generates error "cannot communicate with one or both the controllers" while finding the pair, which is the 3rd Step to register the arrays.
  • Controllers are pingable and controller embedded web UI can be accessed by the browser.
