E-Series autosupport not delivered though the "Tests" are successfull due to SPAM Rule

Issue

After clicking on the “TEST CONFIGURATION ” it shows successful message, but successful mail is not received by Email recipient address.

Error Found in ASUP transmission:

  • Verify if the SMTP server is reachable using ping command.
  • Check if port 25 is open at network side.
  • Mail delivery size limit should be set as 25MB.
