  • Controller can not be rebooted via SANtricity UI due to Error 835 The operation could not be performed because a drive is undergoing a service operation
  • Controller Offline may be reported in the Recovery Guru
  • Drive failure is reported via Auto Support, but all drives show optimal in the SANtricity UI
