Issue

  • After upgrading UM to version 6.1 or later, the startup of UM's web interface service has noticeably slowed down.
  • Web Services Proxy stuck at starting service without any error.
  • When attempting to access the Unified Manager web-based GUI, sometimes the user encounters the following errors:
    Failed to load data from the Web Services Proxy. The object being processed may no longer exist. Other possible causes include network issues or a power outage to the storage array, which may have disconnected the Web Services Proxy from the storage array. Please check these causes and then retry the process.
