Nominal temperature exceeded alert on E-Series (E4024) due to ambient sensor fault

Issue
- The following alerts are reported on the E-Series system:
Failure Entry 1: NOMINAL_TEMP_EXCEEDED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 7Component reporting problem: Thermal sensor ambientStatus: Nominal temperature exceededFailure Entry 2: WB_CACHING_FORCIBLY_DISABLED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 378
- The environmental temperature at the installation site is confirmed to be normal (approx. 20°C).
- Other temperature sensors report normal values.
