Answer

To confirm the hard drive model installed in your NetApp SG5860 (or other E-Series shelf-based StorageGRID appliance):

    Access SANtricity Storage Manager:
        In the StorageGRID Grid Manager, navigate to Nodes > select the desired node > click on Santricity Storage Manager.

    View Storage Array Profile:
        In SANtricity, go to Support > Support Center.
        Locate and click on Storage Array Profile .

    Review Disk Information:
        In the pop-up window, scroll to the disk information section.
        The PRODUCT ID field will display the drive model .
