Host Volume goes offline after Drive Replacement without manually fail the drive

  • One or more volumes are degraded after an Online Drive Firmware Upgrade (ODFU) was performed
  • Host Volume goes offline or fails due to XFS corruption after single drive replacement on the E-Series
  • After reconstruction completed, several events for Isolation of drive causing redundancy mismatch are reported by the Array
