  • All NetApp E-Series Storage Arrays
  • SANtricity OS 11.80 or earlier
  • Online Drive Firmware Upgrade (ODFU)
  • Predictive Failure Analysis (PFA)

Issue

  • One or more volumes are degraded after an ODFU is performed
  • Host Volume goes offline or fails due to XFS corruption after single drive replacement on the E-Series
  • After reconstruction was completed, several events for Isolation of drive causing redundancy mismatch are reported by the Array
