Issue

  • E-Series EF300 and EF600 controller(s) report a failed host interface card, but initiators are able to process I/Os to the controller(s).
  • The recovery guru failure code is either 
    • REC_HOST_BOARD_FAULT  OR
    • HOST_BOARD_FAULT_REPLACE_HIC-Recovery Failure Type Code: 105
