E-series Not able to display old graphical performance statistics in SANtricity System Manager

Issue

  • Unable to display old graphical performance statistics. Only live performance statistical information is presented.
  • Get error Web Server 422 when collecting Support Data. 
  • The issue only affects the graphical representation of old performance data collected. Data service for attached hosts is not being affected.
  • The issue probably occurs on one controller only, Support Data could be retrieved from alternative controller for further investigation.
