Validate

Review Major Event Log or system events (Support > Events) for a series of events indicating the controller reset:

2606 Start-of-day routine begun
4010 Controller reset
2605 Start-of-day routine completed
3700 Core dump has been captured

Resolution

Please retrieve the core dump (controller health image) file as it is necessary to determine the root cause of controller reset: How to retrieve a core dump on an E-Series storage system
