E-Series controller panic with PI Flags set for non-pi command exception

Issue

  • E-Series controller reboots and panic after a series of write timeouts reported against a drive. The drive timeouts are evident from the "VDD repair started" events.
  • The panic encountered can be found in the support bundle and AutoSupport within the state-capture-data (excLogShow command) file. The panic is as follows:
