  • E-Series 5700 and EF600 platforms.
  • Replacement E-Series controller was running 11.50.3R3,11.60.3 or 11.70 SANtricity OS sparing for prior release controller(s).
  • InfiniBand host interface card.

Issue

Host I/O card failed alert is reported in the system event log major event log and recovery guru.
