Issue

  • AutoSupport case opened with:
    ESFTDC: E-Series Notification from XXXX(Core dump has been captured) INFO
  • Recovery Guru reports multiple alerts : 
    Failure Entry 3: PATH_DEGRADED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 76
    Failure Entry 6: CHANNEL_DEGRADED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 71
  • Core shows:
    recoverDriveIocCleanup discovery took too long to complete
  • Controller experienced a reset and generated a core dump.
