• From the seven-segment panel, the second digit number of the shelf ID is blinking
• STORAGE-ARRAY-PROFILE shows shelf ID is "39", but the seven-segment panel shows "90" instead
• MAJAR-EVENT-LOG shows the shelf ID keeps changing frequently
