Procedure

  1. Login to  
  2. Go to 
  3. Locate the desired site by searching the list or use the filters provided (City, Zip, State, or Country) to narrow down your options. 

 

  1. From the site list, select “Manage Site Hours and Preferences” under additional Tool Set drop-down menu to access the Site details page

5.      Go to “Engineer Dispatch Preferences” and select the preference based on the onsite requirement. Click the 'Update' button to ensure your changes are recorded and saved.
