Why are my return tracking details not available on DHL website

Answer

If DHL return tracking information is not showing, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Tracking has expired  
    • DHL tracking details are available for up to 90 days
    • After this period tracking information is removed from the website
  2. Incorrect tracking number         
    • Tracking number may be entered incorrectly
    • Check for typing mistakes (extra spaces, wrong digits)
  3. Shipment not yet scanned or updated    
    • It may take 24-48 hours for tracking to appear
    • The package may not have been scanned yet
  4. Technical or temporary issue   
    • Website issues
    • Temporary delays in updates
