Why are my return tracking details not available after initiating a return

Answer

Return tracking details may not be available immediately after initiating a return due to common reasons such as:

  • The tracking number has not yet been activated by the carrier
  • The return package has not been scanned yet (pickup or drop-off pending)
  • Tracking number entered may be incorrect
  • There is a delay in the carrier's system updating tracking information

Note: Tracking details usually become visible within 24-48 hours after the package is handed over to the carrier.
