Yes, you can return a NetApp part from a different location.

Follow the steps below based on return method

Return via UPS:

  1. Generate a UPS return label 
  2. Click Continue as Guest to proceed without logging in

  3. Enter the PREQ (part request) reference number (format: 8XXXXXXXXX), select your country and click the arrow icon.

  4. Enter address, contact details and click get shipping label
  5. Print and attach the label to the package, and follow the provided return instructions
    • Note: After entering the PREQ number, if the website says Invalid PREQ#/Country, then please try again after 24 hrs. It can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the PREQ number to get updated on the website.

Return via DHL:

  1. Email NetApp Customer Support with the following details:
    • Netapp PREQ/RMA reference number
    • Contact details, including the location address
    • Part number and quantity details 
  2. NetApp Customer Support will provide a new return label via email.
