Yes, you can return a NetApp part from a different location.
Follow the steps below based on return method
Return via UPS:
- Generate a UPS return label
- Click Continue as Guest to proceed without logging in
- Enter the PREQ (part request) reference number (format: 8XXXXXXXXX), select your country and click the arrow icon.
- Enter address, contact details and click get shipping label
- Print and attach the label to the package, and follow the provided return instructions
- Note: After entering the PREQ number, if the website says Invalid PREQ#/Country, then please try again after 24 hrs. It can take up to 24 - 48 hours for the PREQ number to get updated on the website.
Return via DHL:
- Email NetApp Customer Support with the following details:
- Netapp PREQ/RMA reference number
- Contact details, including the location address
- Part number and quantity details
- NetApp Customer Support will provide a new return label via email.
