Answer

  • Contacts associated with the LSC company have full access to the LSC service contract. They can create support cases with NetApp for the covered serial numbers. LSC company's contacts coordinate directly with NetApp for all support-related requests associated with LSC-covered SNs, acting on behalf of the end customer.
  • End customers do not have direct access to create support cases on the NetApp Support Site for these SNs. Instead, end users must contact their LSC Company as the first point of support. The LSC will then coordinate with NetApp as needed.
