HCC UI file upload fails with silent page refresh and redirect to /hcc/auth-callback

NetApp HCI upgrade using HCC.

Issue

When attempting to upload an Element OS (EOS) image through Hybrid Cloud Control (HCC) using the Upgrade Storage option, the following behavior may be observed:
  • File selection dialog opens successfully
  • After selecting the EOS image file, the HCC page refreshes automatically
  • No error message is displayed
  • The upload does not start
  • The browser may redirect to the authentication callback URL: /hcc/auth-callback
