Unable to reinstall SCW/SCSQL plug-ins

Applies to

  • SnapCenter Server (SC)
  • SnapCenter Plug-in for Windows (SCW)
  • SnapCenter Plug-in for SQL (SCSQL)

Issue

  • After removing the SnapCenter Plug-ins via Control Panel --> Program and Features --> Uninstall in the Widows Host, the host still shows up in the SnapCenter GUI with status host "down"
  • Manualy pushing the plug-in from the SnapCenter GUI fails to install the plug-in
