Issue

ORACLE-00001: Error executing SQL: [ALTER TABLESPACE RAP_TEMP ADD TEMPFILE '/temp file location/temp.dbf' SIZE 16m;].
The command returned:
ORA-03214: File Size specified is smaller than minimum required.
