SnapCenter does not forward MaxDB control user when job is run by non-admin-accounts

When the Resource Group is setup with a MaxDB control user (RunAs account) by an account logged in with the SnapCenterAdmin role,
and a normal backup user runs the backup, that control user is not forwarded to the MaxDB Plug-in, and the backup fails in the HANA job log:

SCC-00164: Application quiesce for plug-in [MAXDB] failed with exit code [-1] and with error :
Invalid/NO UserName or PassWord provided for Database <SID> user  pwd
