Issue

  • Upgrading SC from 4.7 to 4.8 fails if the SC 4.7 repository was previously migrated to an alternate location or drive
  • Upgrade fails with error (Event Viewer: Application log): Fatal error: Can't open and lock privilege tables: Table 'mysql.user' doesn't exist
