SCV scheduled backup jobs does not work with the error "Error getting token from protection service"

SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere(SCV) 4.6

Issue

  • SCV scheduled backup does not work.
  • The following error is shown in SCV GUI > Dashboard 
VMware plugin status error:
Error getting token from protection services:
Unable to connect to the SnapCenter Server localhost Connection timed out(Connection timed out) 
Protection Services status error:Unauthorized
  • The following exception is logged in ProtectionService-yyyymmdd.log

2023-02-19 00:38:31.461 +09:00 [ERR] [JobManager] [TID:127] [RID:] [CID:] [JID:] System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Cannot assign requested address
 ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (99): Cannot assign requested address
