SCV scheduled backup jobs does not work with the error "Error getting token from protection service"

Issue
- SCV scheduled backup does not work.
- The following error is shown in SCV GUI > Dashboard
VMware plugin status error: Error getting token from protection services: Unable to connect to the SnapCenter Server localhost Connection timed out(Connection timed out) Protection Services status error:Unauthorized
- The following exception is logged in
ProtectionService-yyyymmdd.log
